Killyrudden
Killyrudden is a three storied hillside home built on the side of an old (extinct) volcano, known locally as Mount Paku, just inside the entrance to Tairua Harbour.
From all rooms your gaze takes in the ever-changing tidal patterns of the harbour up to the volcanic peaks of the skyline.

About Slipper Island Resort
Slipper Island is located in the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula on the East Coast of New Zealand. Slipper Island Resort can be reached by road (1.5 hrs from Auckland) with transfer to Slipper by boat from Tairua/Pauanui. Boat trips taking all your lugage or camping gear can be organised from Tairua Dive and Fishinn on one of their Boats either Island Cat or Scuba Diver for your ease and comfort. Or alternatively you can fly in to the island by helicopter or light aircraft takes just 30 minutes from Auckland. The Island has its own airstrip. Guests can choose to visit any of the numerous tourist centres located within easy flying distance of the island.
Slipper Island Resort Accomodation
