Diving, Fishing and Scenic Charters run out of Tairua and Pauanui from Tairua Dive & Fishinn shop and private wharf on the Coromandel Peninsula New Zealand daily. Tairua dive & Fishing is introducing it's NEW " Hunting and Gathering Charters" from November 2010. Which includes mixed options diving fishing and hunting packages. Specific customer booking arrangements. Charter destinations can be tailored to customer needs which include The Aldermen Islands, Lens Reef, Slipper Island, Shoe Island & Mercury Islands, Coastal Hahei, Cathederal Cove and Hot Water Beach or south to Whangamata, Waihi Beach to Mount Manganui, Tauranga to Mayor Island and White Island.

Tairua is the perfect location to plan your Holiday Diving Charter or Fishing Charter. There is also a wide range of Accommodation, fine Restaurants, shops, Art Galleries, Golf clubs and adventure activities to explore in the area.
Dive and Fishing Trips go out daily pending on demand, weather and available skippers on the day. Pre-packed Lunches are also available for $15 supplied specially for Tairua Dive and Fishing Charters from our Local restaurants in Tairua.
On board rules:
Please wear soft sole shoes.
Take care when placing equipment on and off the teak decks.
All Scuba tanks must be fitted with tank boots.
The cabin is a dry area and all wet gear stays out side.
Fishing Trips: alcohol is permitted but if safety is compromised trip will be
terminated immediately with-out refund.

 Our skippers are also professional dive Instructors or keen fishermen pending on your trip type. The Skippers are ready to make your day one that you will remember for years to come.
Dive Buddies for both Scuba and Freediving can be arranged given a couple days notice and Jigging or Game fishing tutoring can also be arranged if needed, just ask and we will see what we can do.
Summer waters at the Aldermen Islands are crystal clear and averaging a warm 22 degrees. Perfect diving and snorkeling conditions!
Winter waters temps can drop as low as 12 degrees in August & September 5 mil dive gear and other warm vests etc are also available for hire.
Spring and Autumn temps range around the 15 to 20degrees.
The advantage of colder waters is clearer visibility. Great for photography.

Tairua Dive & Fishinn will ask for a minimum deposit of $50per person for all charters.
Tairua Dive and Fishinn Cancellation Policy
For a no show on the day or a cancellation within the 24 hour time period prior to the date of the trip.... Tairua Dive & Fishing reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover loss of income or part of..
Tairua Dive & Fishinn Reserves the right to cancel a trip due to numbers and or bad weather on the day. All deposits will be refunded if this is the case.
