Tairua dive & Fishing is introducing it's NEW " Hunting and Gathering Charters" from November 2010. Which includes mixed options diving fishing and hunting packages. Specific customer booking arrangements.  Charter destinations can be tailored to customer needs which include The Aldermen Islands, Lens Reef, Slipper Island, Shoe Island & Mercury Islands, Coastal  Hahei, Cathederal Cove and Hot Water Beach or south to Whangamata, Waihi Beach to Mount Manganui, Tauranga to Mayor Island and White Island.

Tairua is the perfect location to plan your Holiday Diving Charter or Fishing Charter. There is also a wide range of Accommodation, fine Restaurants, shops, Art Galleries, Golf clubs and adventure activities to explore in the area. 

Dive and Fishing Trips go out daily pending on demand, weather and available skippers on the day.  Pre-packed Lunches are also available for $15 supplied specially for Tairua Dive and Fishing Charters from our Local restaurants in Tairua.

Next available bookings for either fishing or diving are from the 4th of November.

Please note during the next year there will be major changes at  the Dive Shop.  We will be adjusting to the building of the new marina and servicing ever changing customer needs.
We have exciting plans for the new complex which will be revealed in their own time.  We have learnt in Tairua everything takes six times longer to happen but when it does it is always shines brilliantly and the community will benefit as a whole too.  So ring if you have questions, don't listen to idle gossip. Get the real facts.  It may not be as interesting but at least it will be the truth.

Summer waters at the Aldermen Islands are crystal clear and averaging a warm 22 degrees.  Perfect diving and snorkeling conditions!

Winter waters range from 12 degrees in August September (that's why we have tropical island holidays @ that time of the year"COME JOIN US" and the rest of spring and Autumn temps range around the 15 to 20degrees. The advantage of colder waters is clearer visibility.

Tairua Dive & Fishinn will ask for a minimum deposit of $50per person for all charters.

Tairua Dive and Fishinn Cancellation Policy

For a no show on the day or a cancellation within the 24 hour time period prior to the date of the trip.... Tairua Dive & Fishing reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover loss of income or part of..
Tairua Dive & Fishinn Reserves the right to cancel a trip due to numbers and or bad weather on the day. All deposits will be refunded if this is the case.
